Classes begin with simple and gentle flowing movements and stretches, which warm energise and relax the body and calm and focus the mind.
With lightness and in a playful, non-forcing way we explore the Living Tao Tai-Ji Forms to enhance our uniqueness, wellbeing and spiritual unfolding.
Classes include a short period of “just sitting” meditation.
Everyone is warmly welcome!
